The Guindy national park which is called as the children's park shortly,
in with in the heart of the city limits. The other major giant sanctuary
the vandulur zoo which far off the city around fifteen kilometers. guindy
park was inaugurated by Jawaharlal Nehuru during the fifties. |

These days we go and watch circus, but many are disappointed as there are
no enough animals to perform the show, only domestic animals and the
elephant perform the show. Children's park is the best place of
entertainment for such disappointed people, and the children who want to
see animals. |
There are birds, animals like the Hyena, Wild dog, Elephant
, Deer's, monkeys etc. |

There are many playing bars at the parks, for children
to play. |
Annex to the children's park, we there is a snake park, where we have varieties
of snakes, ranging from cobra to a wiper. There is a very old giant Tortoise,
varieties of crocodiles etc. |
The Guindy national park is a cheaper entertainment, because of its
entrance ticket, for a child the entrance to the park is one rupee,  for
an adult it is 2 rupees, The entrance ticket for the snake park the
entrance fee for a child is one rupee and for an adult it is five rupees. |
